"Stimpank Story" is a gripping tale of survival in the island nation of Hinomoto, where towering fortress walls serve as stations to protect its inhabitants from zombie-like creatures known as kabane, which have steel hearts. The stations are connected by armored locomotives called "Hayajiro," which serve as the lifeline between them. In this world, Icoma, a young craftsman involved in building Hayajiro, creates a powerful weapon called the "piercer" to combat the kabane. One fateful day, Icoma encounters a mysterious girl without a name. That very night, chaos ensues as the Hayajiro loses control, personnel turn into kabane, and the station comes under attack. Icoma now has the opportunity to test his invention and fight for survival.
