Devastating events are unfolding in the prison known as "Steel Peaks," where a notorious psychopathic killer named Michael Amar was executed nine years ago. The block, aptly called the "Pipeline," houses inmates with extraordinary abilities. Unfortunately, an unknown airborne virus has infected almost every individual who worked or served time in this block, causing their internal organs to rot, starting from the respiratory system. Alarmed by these occurrences, the city authorities desperately seek the help of Flash and his friend Piper to investigate and potentially assist. Naturally, Flash agrees, oblivious to the horrifying truth that lies behind this sinister tale: the maniac who was supposedly eradicated from the face of the earth nine years ago is at the heart of it all.
